James Luck (born May 5th, 171 a.c) is the second in command and main Hierarchy of the Delmour'de. His brother, Connor Luck, is also involved in military affairs; ironically, the two have been pitted against each other in the war for Delmoure. James is, in particular, the leader of the retaliation squad against the Delta Corps; the primary force of the I.C.B. stationed in Delmoure.

He was born into an middle class family of four: him, his brother Connor, and his parents. Even though he was younger, he was always more mature than Connor. At the age of eighteen, he decided to part ways with his brother to join the Delmour'de military force.
